Lent 2019

Lent is a time for reflection, for study, for deepening, discovering or re-discovering our faith and our relationship with God.  This Lent we are offering two choices: 

Lent Study Group

When?

Wednesday mornings in the Church Hall from 10am to 11.15am on 13, 20, 27 March and 3, 10, 17 April. 

What?

We will be using Bishop Stephen Cottrell's book, "The Things he Carried" as the basis for our reflection. Copies will be available to purchase at the Group. 

Lent Film Nights

When?

Thursday evening from 7.30pm on 21 and 28 March and 4 April

What?

21 March - Mary Magdalene; 28 March -  Paul, Apostle of Christ; 4 April - The Life of Brian

Anybody is welcome to come to any or all of these Lenten opportunities.
